The Westchester Apartments project, located in Westchester Commons, involved extensive earthmoving operations to move a large stockpile that was already on site. Our crews were more than capable of moving the earth itself to get this site to grade. The site features several apartment buildings along with impressive site retaining walls-- a truly beautiful addition to Westchester Commons.
