We are proud to show you another one of our ongoing projects! Auburn Hill, or Lake Forest at Swift Creek, sits between Hull Street and the Swift Creek reservoir. Whoever moves in to these impressive apartments is sure to have a lovely view! To ensure the success of the project, we are actively laying the groundwork to bring this site to grade—moving around 50,000 cubic yards of dirt to do so. In addition to moving the dirt, we will have installed nearly one mile of underground storm pipe and utilities, nearly 10,000 square yards of concrete and asphalt, built an intricate retention pond, and will have ensured the multi-tiered apartment building can stand on firm ground!
