CD Hall Awarded 3.4 Million Dollar Project—
Pouncey Tract Road Water Main by Henrico County—
to begin January 2009.

This project consists of providing a total of approximately 1,800 linear feet of 24 inch diameter water main and 9,500 linear feet of 30-inch diameter water main, including (6) bore and jack operations, connection to existing water mains in (6) locations, clearing and erosion control, pavement milling and restoration, and appurtenances along Pump Road, Pouncey Tract Road and Shady Grove Road.
